Training
After you have purchased your new telephone system our priority is to develop a positive customer experience. All of our new customers receive professional on-site training free of charge. During the installation of your telephone system, the main attendant will receive one-on-one telephone training prior to the system cutover. All others will receive a group session(s) which will generally last about an hour and cover the telephone, voice mail, out of the office message retrieval and cell phone/pager notification. A user manual is provided for each user of the telephone system and is also available electronically on our website. Additional training after cutover is provided as needed free of charge for 30 days from the date of installation. To schedule training you may contact us at (410) 486-4466.
